If you’re like me some years ago, and you don’t yet feel comfortable with all those pesky ones, zeroes, and the inner workings of computers, I’ve got a great starting point for you. This is perhaps the most important book I’ve read as an introduction to anything digital, and after reading it as a teenager, I still owe it (or rather its Author) a huge lot. Seriously. It reads like a good novel, and if you’re ready for some genuine insight into how computers and all digital machines actually work, it’s an amazing place to begin. Give it a try. I really think you won’t regret it: Code: The Hidden Language of Computer Hardware and Software.
Other than that, here is a list of places online that are important for me for one reason or the other.
- A few of my stock photo/video portfolios: ShutterStock, Adobe Stock, GettyImages/iStock, Alamy
- Artistic photography/drawings/other portfolios: Crevado, Behance
- My long forgotten SFX/Commercial Music portfolio: AudioJungle
- VGM tracks and some older music projects: SoundCloud
- University & Work: LinkedIn, ORCID
That’s it! At least for now~
